We had two nights at this hotel. Rooms although a little dated were spacious and beds comfortable. This hotel's main asset is it's staff who were brilliant. Service excellent, food great. A few mins from Pub Street by Tuk Tuk. Download the grab app for taxi/tuk tuk collection within minutes. We had a tour to Angkor Wat from here which was nearby. Well worth the visit.
We only stayed 3 nights but really enjoyed our stay. Ky, Sona, and the other front desk agents were all lovely, and always willing to help. The location was amazing. Walking g distance to two small grocery stores and plenty of cafes and restaurants. But you also won't have an issue finding a tuk tuk to get you where you want to go. The hotel itself is really cute with a nice pool though a bit outdated (old carpets, bathroom that needs new tub and toilet, walls in need of paint). The only thing that really bothered us was the super hard bed. Other than that, it was great.
Great hotel with wonderful service, especially the front office team under Mr. Sona, who were so helpful, trying their best to give the satisfaction of customers. This hotel is also located at the center of the city where you can reach anywhere easily.
Wanted to put in this review for Tour agent Mr. Chhin Da Travel during my stay at Cambodia. Mr. Chhin Da was very helpful and spoke very good English which makes a big difference for Tourists. Mr. Da arranged for a day trip to Angkor Vat temple with a licensed guide and private car. The tour guide explained the many salient features of the temple and took time to show me around the key parts of 8th wonder of the world. Also Mr.Chhin arranged for my airport pick up and drop off to the Siem Reap airport which makes the first interface with a foreign country comfortable. Amazing hospitality and really great food! Definitely recommend The food and drinks were delicious and the staff were all so lovely and helpful. We felt so welcome. They adhered to all of our needs. This restaurant is absolutely amazing, with great service, food and drinks. Pheakdey was very accommodating, and the hospitality was wonderful. The vibes were very relaxing and friendly with a great atmosphere and view of the pool. Definitely recommend!!
First time visiting Cambodia Stayed at Angkor Land Urban Boutique for four nights with friends. The breakfast was reasonable with fresh fruit, French toast and bacon and eggs options. After a day out visiting the temples it was great to come back to the pool and have a nice meal with a variety of options including Cambodia and Western food. The staff were great and Srey Rath who looked after the team behind the bar was exceptional taking the time to learn our names and going above and beyond to ensure all our needs were met our our stay was a positive experience.
Beautiful hotel and kind humans Sona and his team were great! Rath made amazing drinks and was incredible. Our group loved the rooms, food, staff, pool, drinks, hospitality, and kindness. We all had fun at this beautiful hotel and would come back in a heartbeat.
5star hotel..which should be 10star I stayed for 1 week at this fantastic hotel..where l relaxed by the pool everyday..because l wouldn't want to leave such a friendly atmosphere..bfast staff full of smiles at 7am..receception staff...smiling on arrival and throughout my stay..even Management spent time with me..chatting at poolside..already thinking about my next visit to this marvelous hotel..many thanks
Very good Ambient and cozy place, Food and service at the restaurant is excellent. We needed vegetarian food, it was very well taken care of, as per our need. Special mention - Srey Rath - at the restaurant - ever smiling and very caring person, served us very efficiently
